Our Wednesday Night Program is a wonderful opportunity for your children to be replenished spiritually mid-week. This Fall, Children’s Ministry is excited to bring back Faithweaver Friends.
Faithweaver Friends is a volunteer-friendly, Biblically-based program that delivers Bible points on a weekly basis. Everyone, from toddlers to fifth grade, will study the same Bible point but in an age-appropriate way. Lessons are designed to encourage faith development beyond Sunday so that faith grows all week long. There are also activities that parents can take part in at home with their child(ren) to further strengthen those lessons.
Our Wednesday Night Program is in no way a substitute for Sunday School but is rather a healthy complement to our Sunday School lessons. Wednesday night should provide an additional opportunity for our children to strengthen holy friendships with peers through fellowship and engaging activities.
With Faithweaver Friends, children will
- experience God’s story in a fresh, fun meaningful way;
- understand God’s Word by doing surprising, fun stuff;
- discover the adventure of applying God’s truth to everyday life; and
- build a forever friendship with Jesus – the best friend they could ever have!
St. Peter's Wednesday Night Adult Education Classes
St. Peter’s Adult Education classes pair well with our Wednesday Night Program. Consider committing to a class while your child attends Faithweavers with us. Nursery is also available if you have a child age 3 or under. For more information on classes, please see the Adult Education section.
